A Better Workday framework was created in 2018 by Niamh Brady. This framework was used within corporate clients and on one to one basis. At the beginning of 2022, Better Workday Ltd was formed and the service offering is now expanding into self-paced courses. The brand's mission is to help people perform better while supporting their well-being by learning new ways to manage their time, energy, attention, and relationships.
